It's for a Halloween town event, you collect sacs from the mechanical solen queens and turn into Asteroth behind the Cathedral thing in Htown for black, white and blaze peculiar seeds.

I'm spend up to 5 mil for it. Dunno about anyone else. I think it's really cool.
