Figured this out ten seconds after posting this.

Dumb mistake. While converting them back, I left the -x in.

Removed that and all is well. Command should have been

LegacyMULCL.exe C:\LegacyConverter\Mul

So I was able to convert UOP to MUL with Legacy converter just fine. I replaced 2081 and 2082 (Journal gumps) When I run LegacyMULCL.exe -x C:\LegacyConverter\Mul <----- Thats where my edited MUL files are, I get the following message All actions completed sucessfully Thing is, I don't have UOP file...
