There does seem to be a problem with the website reset system being slower than usual. We will look into it. If you can still log in to your account, choosing to change your password in-game will be much faster. You can do this by using the [Account command, and selecting "Reset Password"....

That is correct.

The bonus is 200 plus 50 for each veteran age "year" (so every 90 days on Demise), though we capped it at 750 due to that being the maximum bonus during Mondain's Legacy on OSI.

For the maximum bonus your account would have to be 990 days old.

It appears the server became unresponsive some 2 hours ago. It's back up and running now, unfortunately restarting it led to a slight revert of about 45 minutes. We will be looking into what caused the issue.

Demise is now running from a different location (VA) to hopefully resolve the connection issues since the last move. We performed the move during server wars, so no extra downtime this time.

Clients may need to be restarted before they connect to the new IP (which is 34.234.30.69) automatically.

Is there only one Razor instance open when you set the hotkey? If there are other open Razor instances, they will overwrite the profile when closing without the new hotkey (unless you set the hotkey in all open Razor instances). Usually this is the issue with hotkeys not saving. If you're sure there...
