I'd say compared to the other dono items it could land at 5kk with the right buyer. (It is in fact quite rare) But a very specific piece of deco that could also end up doing no more than just 500k.

Yeah it's by no means the "wrong" way to play and neither is it very effective.
But if it keeps going it would keep the product of the market for a while.

On the bright side i might try doing that solen stuff myself...

I don't see anything wrong with this kind of greed. He's not scamming anyone, just buying low and selling high. I still don't agree. Clearing out the entire market and raising the prices by atleast 100% on something as vital to new players as BOS is a nasty move. Sure, i've made alot of gold on BOS...
