I think you are close enough to start on gamans. There's a spawn of 8+ above the hiryu spawning ground.

Not exceptionally special. I love the extra dex, but the hci intensity is too low.

That's the sampire holy Grail ring. Peace adds nothing, but the 4 mods are really good to great. 100kk seems like the floor to me.

I think the last one I saw sell, or presumably sold, was for 74kk. There was one posted with a starting bid of 111kk, but I don't believe it received any serious bids. As with all items, the truest price check comes when you sell or buy in an open auction.
