I sit down there for atleast an hour when i want to farm paroxy, i usually gather 30-40 spleens before i decide to quit.
make sure you carry curse weapon scrolls/regs and use a weapon with feint. Doesn't need to be demon slayer can use leafblade with ai/feint and use hla manaleach and will do fine. with perfection i do 150+ dmg a swing.
