I hate all the empty plots in makoto, I want one so I can make an actual nice house there.

It was near Impossible having a plot around Zento on OSI. Ive had my two here for about 5/6 years or so now and I'm super happy.

Here's my Tokuno Island bar and hotel for passing pirates lol.
It's the only house on the island with the big , non functional fighting pit
