It is a built in feature on UOSteam
Options > General > Gauntlet bone cutter

dark fathers throw bones when u do dmg to him n they turn into undead monsters sometimes even rotting corpses etc... but u can cut them when he tosses em at ya if u got a blade in ur pack n use uosteam like these guys are saying :)
