Spell Spam Script??

I am trying to prepare for the holiday events before they happen so i dont have to get a headache again like last year. It will also probably help everyone else that has the same issue. I am looking for a EUO or UOS script that takes away the spell spam from your screen. During events it gets so crazy that i can barely see any of the mobs and sadly uos doesnt have the tab that turns off spells like razor has. If anyone has a script that does this for either uos or euo please post it, it would be a big help.
