i dont think that is true. i think any prisoner is double compassion points. doesnt matter if you go to tram or fel. but in fel you can pk your escortee because they were a punk bitch.

After every server restart I lose 1 dot that drops me from knight

If I take the prisoner escorts to Trammel cities I have to do 4 escorts to get that dot to become knight

If I take the prisoner escorts to Felucca cities I need to do 2 escorts to get that dot to become knight

I can always check again next week

There is no waiting period between finishing a rescue escort and accepting another one.
