joat = extra mr to keep med time down

Elf: greater chance of collecting gems

if you use a fire beetle it off sets the humans strong back by lowering the weight of your ore by turning them into ingots so I vote elf.

You have a 0.6% chance of mining up a gem for either race
Elves have a better chance at finding higher levels of ore/lumber

MMMartin would be the person to ask he ran an elf and human miner years ago

If the chance of gems is the same for both races, should use human, in the end you will mine a lot and will get all kind of ingots... but here ppl just buy the normal ingot in a large quantity and if you will burn for reset bods thats just what you need...
