I know you can do it on easyuo but it is possible on UOS

cast "Counter Attack"
pause 5000

and make sure loop on conter will close all time on

technically, not with the traditional buff, but you could set a timer and add that timer to your current macro.

im trying to get automatic re cast, pause is not welcome at all .
The bigges problem in this we have no msg when character will use this spell, the only msg is when character preper prepares counter attack

I don't know of a way to truly automate it with UOS. I used pixel scanning with OpenEUO for a while but it was to intrusive.

The only thing I could do that suited my style of play was to manage all my buffs manually. Perhaps losing a small amount of up time was worth it to always cast the right spell in a crucial moment instead of being in recovery or having a spell cast and untoggle my special when I needed it.

I think this is a bug, that we have no buff icon and no msg when character will use this spell.
Wondering how possible all these years no one noticed it and didn't report about this...

the buff is a uos side issue aka unable to fix... kobra with the timer you wind up overcasting yes, but it doesn't pause the whole script so currently is the best option. Maybe someone could go look on osi and see if it gives any messages besides you prepare to block next blah...

This is not a bug... there is no message for successfully using CA on OSI
