Highlighting tiles in UOSteam?

On YouTube, there are a few videos of tamers using a UOSteam script that shows veterinary range by highlighting tiles around their pet.
Can anyone tell me how to code that?

that isn’t uosteam it’s likely classicuo which is illegal in demise.
Or a client mod, which is legal. But likely classic.
