69 is a good number in the USA.

Personally i have dropped spell resist and picked up anatomy instead.
But what I cant figure out, is if I should have high chiv to increase di when using eoo, but trading some parry points.
Or should I have higher parry over chiv like this guide suggests in the first place? These are the two skills ive decided to shuffle around as the others seem necessary.

Perhaps someone could help me reason which route is better.

I read somewhere that having chiv up to 84 means and increase in damage by 50% when using eoo.
To clarify my question, is it a good idea to lower my parry to 60 so that i can fit the 84 chiv? 60 parry apparently means i can parry 20% of the time with 1h weapons. Not sure where I read this either.

Hey Indika, I came across this guide from google. I don't actually play on demise, but loved the concept of the guide and wanted to ask some questions related to a version I want to try on the shard I'm playing... Don't really want to clobber your thread with off topic stuff, but I also can't pm!

On topic though, I always thought that parry and bushido were sort of mutually exclusive. Is the suggestion to run 1 or 2h weapons but no shield the key?

I'm having a hard time finding info related to the difference between block and parry. Seems like the parry calculation is widely spread, is there a good source covering more of the combat phases as outlined in the OP

Edit: Another question, you mentioned not bothering unless 40+ HCI: Does the HCI from divine fury go over the 45 cap? Not sure what the +HCI is from lvl 60 divine
