NecroMage Macro Help

So sadly my computer got corrupted today and I lost everything in the wipe because I was dumb and didnt back up my stuff. So I wanted to know if anyone could give me the basic necromage macros for UOS, I dont use my mage to often but the other macros for other characters, I think my friends have them for me.
