i am 3:30 into this and i dont know wtf is going on lol
it is funny when japan does ww2 tho

you can really tell when the 'japanese-ness' kicks in

this one is actually really good, it's a playstation/nintendo game as well, the game is excellent.
the anime as alright.

this one is pretty good/really funny as well.

weird fact.. this is actually part sponsored by the Japanese army to make it look good. the same way Stargate SG1 was sponsored by the american air force, that's why the air force are always the "good guys"

tbh i probably only watched about 6 episodes of that one, but it was worth it to see a squad of apache's raping a dragon
fire breath aint got shit on miniguns.

it's got a good sense of humor, like the main guy is an Otaku (nerd) that is in the reserves, and he's really excited about going to fantasy land lol, and figures he's gonna run into some gothic lolita types from his anime... and he's totally right lol. it's clever really, cos she's supposed to be like an avatar of a death god or something. but you can sense the propaganda on it too ;)

lol them sneaky liberal civies, trying to frame the soldiery again

you really can tell who's bank rolling them :P

> puts the first one back on
> 1924
>

basically the terminator future :P

only posting screamers cos i cant post this alone...
shoulda posted it along with event horizon rly.

it's trippy cos it's kinda scientifically accurate, they actually got brian cox in to consult on it, that's why one of the characters looks like him
pretty much based on him. just the character.. the film itself is one of only a few cosmic horror films, like event horizon. the idea being like the incomprehensible - originating with cathulu type stuff (it's not all about the tentacle beard ladies). but in this case it's like cosmic scale stuff like the sun driving them mad; rather than other dimensional demons... which coincidentally, is basically the chaos gods in warhammer 40k.
