Some bugs with ratform and coon.

Okay so here are a few bugs with ratform and coon.
Coon is supposed to turn into a rat and be affected by repond slayer which he doesnt do even when he turns into a rat on this server which he does at low hp. Coon is supposed to turn himself into a rat when he takes damage, and then repond/vermin slayer works on him. On here it doesnt do that.
Second if you have the polymorph gump up on osi you dont get turned into a rat. on here with the gump up you will turn into a rat.
Third if you are rat formed and dont have enough mana to attempt to cast polymorph but try to cast it anyways you get stuck in rat form until you die.
