UOG: Demise

On Demise it seems I need an amount of Animal Lore skill greater than JOAT (20.0) to release a pet by typing its name and release.
As in "trashpet release"

This is not the case on OSI where as a human with 0.0 (JOAT) Animal Lore I can release a pet easily by saying "trashpet release"

For all pets 0.0 lore works for elves, humans, and gargoyles or just weaker pets?

Demise human tamer with JOAT animal lore can not release a bull by saying the bull's name followed by release
Example: "trashpet release"
Demise Elf tamer with 20.2 animal lore can not release a bull by saying the bull's name followed by release

OSI human tamer with JOAT animal lore can release a bull by saying the bull's name followed by release

OSI Elf tamer with 0.0 animal lore can release a bull by saying the bull's name followed by release

IP has a nice cu, yes? What about a cu level tamable? Gotta do skill checks.

It appears to me that they have the release command tied in with control chance. From the examples given it appears that 0 control chance is needed [pending the release of one nice cu.]
