UOG: Demise

there are blocked tiles in some spots now 1 is at blighted grove you try to recall in and rune is blocked weant and tracked and detect hidden no one is there

What are the sextant coordinates displayed when you recall there? I will have a look in-game.

Runes marked for 1° 56' S, 52° 6' W seem to be working for me in both Felucca and Trammel. I see all runes to that location in runebooks on Demise go to the same X/Y/Z (582, 1646, -2), which is still correct (no map changes were made).

Is the rune still blocked for you?

It looks like OSI changed the map files slightly. See below:



We occasionally update the server map files to be in line with the latest UO clients, which is why this changed on Demise recently as well. Unfortunately this means that all runes marked on old locations that changed elevation will no longer work, and will need to be re-marked. (The tile in question changed from Z -3 to Z -2.)

This isn't technically a server bug, so I will mark the report as invalid.

Note: The Runes Galore rune library also has a corrupted crystal that can bring you here. The keyword "fel dungeon grove" still works without issues.

I'm considering re-marking all the runes to that location myself to save everyone the trouble.

Edit: 326 runes and runebook entries have been changed to the new location.
