Working As Intended Heartwood Saws & Fletching Kits

Bug / Error - Heartwood kits and saws do not drop at the same rate as OSI ... they seem to drop at a hugely lower rate.

This is causing many people to afk farm them which is against the rules ... maybe a increased drop rate would reduce the afking ... the drop rate should be the same as OSI's.

I personally think the drop rate is a bit high for this shard... hw kits and saws are the top of the line for fletching and carpentry... they need to be as rare or comparable to valorite and verite hammers.. or at the very least just as rare as barbed kits which for me is still still too high of a drop rate.. yes I know i know hammers and tailor kits are gotten via the bod system but still you should not be having top of the line runics flowing like water out of the rio grande.
