UOG: Demise

it can be nice add 2 NPC dummy for testing speed and damage weapons, aswell skills and magic.

NPC with 0-1 dmg attack, attack speed 5s, 0 resist and 100K hitpoints and ZERO move speed, respawn very fast with FIX posions.

Some dummies have been added to the creature summoning room (northwest of the TC item room).
