Working As Intended Apple Timer is WAY To Long / Cu Sidhe Ruin PvP

I know this shard uses a longer timer than osi for apples but with that increased timer of 2 mins has giving rise to archers and tact mages just mortal spamming people because the timer is so long. Also every char having a cu sidhe is ruining pvp 1. it makes dismounts almost pointless 2. all of these alchey archers running around doing massive damage would have to consider ninjitsu for survivability if they couldnt rely on a self healing mount with 500+ hp.
