no we tested and when 3-4 ppl famred parox keys how they farmed low amunt of them ?

All other felluca dungeons have very fast spawn rate (almost instant), this is not the case with slimes in Paroxy place.

respawn speed and keys drop rate looks same in tram and fell.

Can any staff change the spawn ? ( add more slimes and fast spawn )

The spawn rate (at least in Trammel) is OSI accurate. We based the spawn counts and delays on test results. It is indeed painfully slow (but intentionally so!).
Slimes also spawn in the lower parts of the dungeon, but of course other bad guys roam those parts too.
