In-game Account Password Change

The request password on this website to change the in-game password is notoriously slow. By the time I receive the link in my email to change the password, the link has already expired and a new request must be made.

There does seem to be a problem with the website reset system being slower than usual. We will look into it.
If you can still log in to your account, choosing to change your password in-game will be much faster. You can do this by using the [Account command, and selecting "Reset Password". The email should arrive instantly.

The problem has been identified. It will be fixed when the server performs its next restart.
