Client crash everytime on trade?

Hello, so i installed and fully patched UO and razor+steam like week ago on new pc, i got no modded files or anyhing.
Does anyone know how to fix this? My client(s) crash everytime i try to open trade, its frustrating
I've try to run compatibility modes and as admin etc. but without luck.
