UOG: Demise

I can not log into my account even after a password in-game reset.
Also My second account has a character that is not mine on it.
Need Help and I am unable to submit a help request anywhere else but here that I have found.
Also, I have been using UOGamers Demise for many years and the forums call me a new user.

Please help!

oh, it also is saying that my account credentials are invalid. these credentials you emailed me and I copied and pasted the password in.

I guess the system is slower than expected for the resets, I can access the system again now, please disregard the problem request. The accounts appear to be correct also.
