is UO DEMiSE close ?

UO Demise Server is close ?
i upgrated ultima Online Classic and Razor . But last 2 days i could't login to our server ? i wrote my username and my password but i coullnt entered the game .
Now , i.m going to uninstall Ultima Onine Classic and Razor and i will setup all again and update .
