Travesty was at 2 % life, and she teleported herself and after that I couldn't find her.
It happens me 3rd time, where is she? Invised self maybe? idk...
As you see in the video I looked everywhere and couldn't find her

I'm almost positive it goes back to the center. As far as if it hides or invises I'm not sure. Maybe try casting holy light everywhere to hit it

Hmm... maybe if character has hiding and stealth she can hide
But I think usually she teleports to a random place in that room

The life bar is up, so even if he couldn't see him on screen the bar would light up. Honestly, even if it were hidden it should come out of hiding to attack you.
My theory is that it teleported somewhere it's not supposed to. So many creatures spawn or teleport in strange places on this server. I had a hydra spawn in the river... I had every crystal serpent beached. The teleporting through walls is quite famous... Many creatures spawn in areas where they can't be attacked by melee.
If it were me, I probably would have taken a second character and searched the whole dungeon outside the lair.
Hopefully, next time this occurs a staff member will be online and able to assist the person it happens to.

Yes that's what I thought too, maybe somewhere between the walls.
If it happens to someone again, try to use a skill tracking like in doom room 4.

We're not entirely sure if these were the cause here without having witnessed the instances firsthand, but during testing we found two problems:
Travesty teleports more than 10 tiles away. (Yet still in steps of 10 tiles, so it shouldn't allow her to leave the area.)
Travesty could teleport into the decorative armor stand at 99, 1947 (X, Y). In this location she becomes stuck, and will therefore not reveal herself due to moving.
Both these problems have been corrected. If this bug should still occur, please let us know!
