spirit speak makes loot disappear at citadel

noticed a weird thing with citadel ninjas, using spirit speak makes some of their loot disappear and to get it back you have to reopen their corpse. this is not the case with a couple of other monsters i tried this out with but seems to happen with all ninjas at citadel. not in bug section cause maybe theres a reason for this to happen that im unaware of but definitely seems a bit weird
