Yesterday was the first day ive had ANY issues. Literally felt like 56k. No D-conn but laggy

I was a tad laggy on the 10th... Just not walking/running as fast as I thought I should be. It wasn't blatant, but it was there. I was pinging a steady 178 from a state away.
