UOG: Demise

I'm some what new to the shard and want to get into PVP here. I have played dexxers on other shards, but have noticed there are not a lot of dexxers here. I have played around with mage PVP but will not say I was good at it. But I am willing to learn. So my question is what is a good build to get me started in PVP?

Necro mage is pretty cheap to make and all around good template.

If its a pvp necro id suggest 105 necro so he dont fail strangle.

One question if I go with 120 eval and 100 anat do I need to leave one hand open for defensive wrestling?

You want 1 hand open to chug pots
