Most telescripts target one tile in front of the target or one behind or some variant of that. In one second, a player wont be able to run off screen before taking a ranged hit. So....2 secs is better.

If youre going to make a change make it correctly, not half ass.

My guess is people will swap to teleport and just regular swing weps at you and/or spam with M/A. Which is also dumb but that cant be fixed without casting changes, and like I said, that will never happen.
