sounds like they should either open a donation store so they do receive $$$ for admin OR give the server to people that actually care enough to admin it. Theres a community of "350" players here. That makes it one of the top 5 places to play UO. If you are gonna have a server with a dedicated community like that, then you need to mod it correctly or step out of the way for people who can/will.

To be fair Salene did try and help now all she does is ignore my PM’s. EOS is the only one that can help and is the hardest to get a hold of

Actually Eos,Selene,John,Larson are like the only gms we have. Styx,Tycho are not active.
AND WHERE IS RYAN??? check hybrid.

IMO if you are not willing to run a server let someone who is willing to run the server run it.
People have been/are willing to donate and where is the donation store???? don't ask ryan he will block you

GMs are supposed to create environment for players to play and that they do. Honestly i see little need for more staff, server is fine... pvp needs some minor tweaks (teleport has to be adjusted for example).

As for account related issues there is really one staff member with the ability to check on those and provide help - and that is EoS. Be patient, EoS responds and solves every case in due time.

The account management/reset system is definitely working (we just made sure).

If you are not receiving emails, please double check your entered information and your email spam folder. Some email providers block spam entirely (which is what happened here). In that case, contacting Selene is a good call.
