If you have one super valuable item it should be spread out on a lower chance across all main bosses instead of on a single one. It would keep people running around from boss to boss instead of whole shard camping the same one for every 2-8 hour spawn window. PvP area needs incentive of unique item or higher chance than Trammel bosses. I like the constant battle aspect of Halloween town Gauntlet compared to camping Gingerbread for 2-8 hours.
