Event request

I have about 300-350 neon pigment bottles. I wouldnt mind if the event was re-created.

But I would much rather see people being able to get the HCI shields again, as they actually have an impact on the game. (again, I have some of the finest shields on shard)

I've always thought of Alvin as a modern day John F. Kennedy.

Spending his life fighting for the poor man.

Even though he isn't one himself.
