Q about Tokuno arts

Friends, plz tell me about Tokuno artis.
For several days in vain farm these artifacts and nothing dropped. As their drop?
I know on OSI they are divided by seasons, which now goes the season? What is the duration of the season and which date seasons change?

You get them from Halloween town bosses pretty frequently. Otherwise you have to wait until GMs do a ToT event which is generally once every one or two years or so. Or buy them. On OSI they haven't spawned since 2009.

Do you mean that they are only on Halloween events start dropping, in Tokuno they not drop?

Yes that is correct, currently they do NOT drop in Tokuno.
Halloween town is still available, try to find any of the bosses, there is a pretty good chance that tokuno arts will drop on Christmas event also.
Tokuno itself was last available during previous Easter event.

yea i got 10 ltot going to turn but...... no pigments of tokuno why??? when only activeted tokuno event???why??? amazing !!! realy!!!
