Can anyone verify whether or not you are able to get ltot from the citadel? (place where travesty spawns) ???

I was yesterday hunting there like 30 min and got nothing.

I have also tried it today for quite some time and nothing. Perhaps due to it being a ML dungeon?

The citadel dungeon is technically in malas

The Citadel is currently not part of the ToT drops system.
