QOL changes. Update 9/8/2017

Make it so we can combine like runic items up to 1000 charges as well as powder of fort.

Make it so we can get 10kk checks when collecting gold from vendors so that we can make high end trades easier.

Make it so monsters no longer flee at low hp.

Make it so spells you can cast while moving dont disable your specials. Mostly helps pvm dexxers.

Make it so we can add stat scrolls to the scroll books, and so that scrolls in the scroll books can go to 300 of the same kind not just 99.

Possibly add more later.

I like all of the suggestions so far.

I think one of the biggest qol issues is the max 1kk checks... 5-10kk checks would be nice. Might could even make a gold sink where there's a cost to make a check of larger portions. Maybe like 10k, 50k, or 100k per ever 1kk or 5kk/10kk... I believe due to convenience people would be willing to pay a fair cost for this...

It's bad enough that these OSI vet rewards only drop st events
But come on!!!!!
At least have them hold as many seeds as the ones on OSI hold

I really don't understand why this has to be a "rare" item on this server
Granted it did become a 4 th year vet reward in 2012
But ...............

i dont think all spells do, consecrate wep does i know, but it can be useful to un-ready an armour ignore
