uo steam error 1119

i cant get steam to work on my other comp it gives me launch error 1119 anybody know anything bout that?

might be a service pack firmware thing i cant remember seems like there was an error when i first installed uo n steam or maybe was back when it was auo i cant really remember but try updating ur windows firmware or maybe direct x version something along the lines if i remember right
