Pure Mage SDI Cap (PvP)

On OSI pure mages receive a bonus to their sdi cap if they have no other casting skills (ex. necro)
Is this true on Demise as well, or is sdi capped at 15% in PvP?

The extra SDI for pure mages came out with high seas.
Demise Is 15% without scribe (10%)

You also get an increase from higher int. Im not sure of exact numbers

1% spell damage increase for every 10 points of intelligence, or (intelligence / 10) ?
