HoTMs that would have graphics of straw hats.... or..... feathered hats....
.... or glasses with graphics of dread pirate hats... or something.....

Maybe a special NPC that would exchange your old hat together with a special, ultra-rare quest item... for the same kind of hat but with a different graphics. Not sure if that wouldnt make Demise too much of a custom shard thou.

I would change a costume to sandals if this happened so i didnt have to be an orc all the time.

It don't work like that. You could change the orc sandals to boots but no a hand item to a foot item
