They could take all the gold/checks/vendors and cut it all by 90% or so. Then cut the gold from monsters by 75% or so. Cut gold dropped at champs.

People would still have the same ratio of gold compared to everyone else, this would help get inflation rate back under control.

They could also put vendors in heartwood (or wherever) selling heartwood kits.

Have special vendors setup to sell colored ingots, smith and tailor resets, mining gems or anything else that people are doing AFK.

Those ideas would take gold out of the economy and make AFK farming useless.

People invest in orny, sash, cc, inquis, etc. This is how in real life people invest money in property,
so orny is like an appartment in real life, sash maybe a car or stuff like that
and gold wipe is uselless

Well if they did like deathviper said and decreased everyones gold by 90% then all prices would drop for a short time to 10% of their current values. Orny would be 10kk hom would be 400k sash would be 4.5kk. The problem is stuff like DCI/HLD glasses/Resources(regs iron ingots cloth blank scrolls regular wood) Price all stays the same because you still have to get alot of this off vendors or library donation.

Which is why i made the joke give me a few days to turn all my money in to regs because you can set up 80 faction vendors at -30% cost and buy 159920 of each reg every hour. Then when the gold reduction goes in i just sell all the regs i bought back to the vendors for a reduced price still getting 500kk worth of gold back and being able to buy even more shit then i can now. Essentially making my gold value go up 700%
