Divine Fury and DI Cap

Hey from what I can tell on UOguide the divine fury DI increase doesn't help if you're already at the DI cap, is that true on this server?

yeap, it is true, if are you capped 100 DI with items, are you getting 0 DI with divine fury

anything which shows on your character sheet is subject to the 100% di cap
