buying things worth over 125kk

Can I buy things, off a vendor, worth over 125kk? Like if I have 100 checks in my bank, and 100 checks in my inventory, with the vendor just take all the ones in the bank, and all the ones in my inventory?

So the whole house trade thing is the only way? Does a house transfer open up a trade window?

No you can trade items and buy them back. Yes
