I am hosting a 1 Billion 100kk gold lottery. I have made a thousand hundred tickets up in the form of BOD books that cost 1kk each.

Once all the tickets have sold or a week or so has passed with slowed sales, I will hold a drawing in which I utilize a 3 dice, 10 face roll from a Personal Attendant Lucky Dealer. I will do this roll in the view of other players. Whichever roll is produced will correlate to a book with a specific serial as seen on this list: https://pastebin.com/raw/q0AUfzNm

Save your BOD books as the winning ticket with the matching serial must be redeemed in order to claim the prize. I will roll after all 100 tickets sell or a week or so has passed.

The prize total will be 1 billion if all tickets sell or otherwise the sum total of how many tickets did sell. If <1 billion prize and the winning ticket is one that did not sell, I will reroll until a winner is found. the prize total will be rolled forward into the next lotto using the same system.

I like this game but I don't understand how it works if for example 200 tickets will be sold in a week.
If the winning ticket is one that did not sell, the next lottery prize will be 1.8 billion? But in the next lottery you will be adding more books to get back to 1000 books, right?

Along with some witnesses could we get a video recording? Also, I would like to keep this BOD as a keepsake; could I get a custom bag / container to keep it in? Or maybe a custom BOD with the number and your name? Example: MB's Billion Gold Lottery: {NUMBER HERE}
