"Since Shadowstrike already requires 80 Stealth to perform it is exempt from the Tactics requirement."

So if it not require tactic stealth is DI as well?

But it count with stealth, so build without tactic have same damage like one with both? If it not count with tactic maybe no reason to add tactic and change it to something else?
I ask cos i try figure out build i saw on last christmas or halloween.
One guy use cu shide and controll em, use shadow strike and vampire mode-some kind of sampire stelther.
I try cap hci add dci di and cant figure out how add taming.

It would be pretty simple to add taming if there is no parry / resist / chiv / vet. I assume cu would be tanking because of shadow strike, but there would be no way to heal it. This would also defeat the purpose of vamp form. If character is tanking, then cu is wasted because the damage (and thus healing) output is lower than a pure sampire. It would be interesting to see in action.
