HW saws drop rate

Anyone else notice the drop rate of HW saws has decreased? I haven't got a HW saw in 3 weeks. What's going on?

I don't have the data to support this but I have been saying for a few days now that there has been a steep drop off on the HW flethers and HW Saws that I've spawned.
