New-ish player struggles

As I said in a previous thread - I've played off and on for awhile on Demise. I like it way better than OSI (minus poisoning. gimme poisoning even a tad bit useful)

I really hate admitting that even though I've played for awhile my actual amount of time I am able to play is low enough that I feel like I'm not getting very far.

I've got a few characters to GM skills with the accelerated skill gains, but my suits are crap enough that I can't do a ton. ( I hate tamers... I know that'd make farming easier). My pvm dexxer does have a 115 macing eaten but that's about it besides discord that I decided to blow away.

Can anyone help me out just getting some of the basics? Nothing high end needed.

Sampire suit and or chiv parry pvm character. Always been a macer since 2002.
+10 powerscrolls / +5 or +10 stat scrolls.

60s resists with or without vamp form.
20-30lmc
some hit chance.
some DI.
Maybe a mana leech wep or two. Hardest thing to find.

A mage suit
60s resists
100 lrc
20-30lmc
2/4 casting

I don't have a ton of gold. I'll pay in helping farm when I'm on or something. slavery.
Don't need arties. don't need the expensive good stuff. Just a starting point.
