I got this home since 5 or 6 years in other servers, but this is more small because is only for me, not for a big guild, the big house have more roofs, bedrooms, guild room... etc

I accept opinions to improve it!!

The East room is dedicated for crafter, i need to level up him to decore the house inside!

Tip: Floor - for better floor look instead only one tile, place randomly all available tiles of same type.

Haha ill do!! i need to level up my lumber miner to get resources, to level up my crafter for decorate xD so i think it will take some time.

I never have skills to build houes in UO. I always made only Bunkers

or warehouses.
But i admire ppl that do have skills like that!
