Treasures of Tokuno?

I want information about this, in other server i expent my time usually farming this.
Why is disabled here? When this will be enable again?

The last tots was summer 2017. Prior to that, tots was activated Easter 2014.
The events usually last a week or two. I'm not sure on the date of the last tots with the greater pigments, that was before my time.
You can usually get ltots from other events, such as Halloween town and Christmas town.
I believe it's disabled in an attempt to keep up the value of tots.
